Municipality of Redcliff’s Councilors and Management attended the 4th Councilors Indaba held in Bulawayo under the theme “Benchmarking Service Delivery Towards attainment of Vision 2030”. The Indaba attended by all Councilors from across the country was addressed by President Emmerson Mnangagwa, who implored Council to provide key service delivery at grassroot level, which is key in attaining an upper middle income economy by 2030. President Mnangagwa challenged local authorities to anchor national development through delivery of high-quality services that transform communities in line with Vision 2030, which demands hard work and commitment to the realization of set targets for improved livelihoods. The theme, he said, resonated with the Government’s thrust to uplift citizens’ lives across urban and rural communities.
