Midlands Provincial Affairs and Devolution Minister Cde Owen Ncube was in Rutendo and Torwood in Redcliff where he distributed foodstuffs to the vulnerable members of the community. Among those who benefitted were the elderly, those living with disabilities and orphans among other vulnerable members of the community. Minister Ncube said economic sanctions which led to the closure of Ziscosteel, had left a part of the community vulnerable due to economic redundancy. He however pledged that no one and no place will be left behind in ensuring food security.
